On May 19-20, 2022, the meeting of international teams realizing the KNOWMAN project (Knowledge Management Training for KIBS SMEs) was held at Gdańsk University of Technology. It was substantive, creative and, above all, extremely productive.
The meeting was attended by representatives of four partner universities: Tallinn University of Technology (Estonia), which is the project leader, National University of Political Studies and Public Administration – SNSPA (Romania), University of Padua (Italy) and Gdańsk University of Technology, as well as partners from the Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (Estonia) and 4Experience sp.z o.o. (Poland).
A team of 10 was working out the key project issues during the 2 days of workshops. The partners summed up the first 6 months of the project, i.e. the scope of the work carried out to create the Interactive Guide on Knowledge Management (Intellectual Output 1), as well as planned the first steps in producing Knowledge pills (an e-learning course being Intellectual Output 2) planned to start in November 2022.
Workshop exercises, analysis of assumptions and current tasks, addressing challenges and brainstorming – these describe those busy 2 days of project meetings. Thanks to the full determination and commitment of all partners, all the goals have been achieved and the planned agenda covered with details. The KNOWMAN Team is already looking forward to the next meeting at the University of Padua in Italy!
