KNOWMAN is an Erasmus+ project (No. 2021-1-EE01-KA220-VET-000032944) designed to help knowledge-intensive business services (KIBS) small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) in gaining skills in the field of knowledge management. With the KNOWMAN project, there is a greater prospect of success for the target group to digitally conduct KM training sessions and workshops based on an innovative way, through advanced interactive learning methods. The long-term impact considered on the local, regional, national and European levels is the increase in competitiveness of the target group: KIBS SMEs and their owners, managers, and employees.
The project is mapping the knowledge management process considered by KIBS in the partner countries and identifying ways to develop best practices. During the project, an open-access learning platform will be developed, which will comprise the following components:
– an interactive guide including best practices, presenting success factors, analyzing risks, and suggesting innovative solutions;
– knowledge pills providing notions and methods for planning and implementing knowledge management, personalized for KIBS;
– an e-learning training module devoted to knowledge management, designed for KIBS.
