Knowledge is a vital competitive resource for all KIBS, therefore, Knowledge Management (KM) could enhance organizational performance. Several studies, including those developed under the framework of the current Knowman project, show that KIBS tend to manage knowledge informally, although they are generally aware of the advantage associated with formal KM strategies. Having this in mind, this Training Hub offers KIBS representatives a space to explore the complex aspects of KM4KIBS.
