One of the KNOWMAN project results is the creation of an e-learning module in the form of Knowledge Pills included in a flexible training platform which is freely accessible to all those interested in better understanding knowledge management and how it can be implemented in KIBS.
What can you expect from KNOWMAN e-learning module?
– It focuses on quick up-skilling in the Knowledge Management (KM) area.
– It is adapted to various groups of employees, from the top management to operational employees.
– It is open and free-to-use for the business.
– It provides a unique KM-related training program based on the Knowledge Pill approach.
– Knowledge Pills delivers small portions of knowledge that can be easily absorbed in a short time, at any convenient place.
– It is easily accessible, with user-friendly content and offering microlearning.
KIBS representatives and those interested in better understanding KM concepts and tools are invited to freely navigate the training modules developed during the project, either using the Moodle platform (left) or the mobile app (right). Both platforms include useful quizzes, the ones on the mobile app having an AR component to facilitate learning.
