Knowledge is very dynamic, and the durability of knowledge is subject to constant fluctuation. Therefore, knowledge management (KM) becomes critical especially for KIBS companies. The deep understanding of knowledge and KM, of coping with specific challenges should be part of the overall competences and skills of professionals in KIBS.
